MP3s and software downloads on your site are fine, but only with the copyright owner's permission. Be very careful with what you host because you risk your account being terminated without warning if restricted files are hosted on your site.

Another consideration if you are hosting legitimate download files on your site is that they do tend to use a lot of bandwidth.

If you will be hosting large files for download, please select your plan very carefully to avoid exceeding your monthly transfer.
