Is phone support available?

ServerGrade does not currently offer direct support over the phone.

In order to provide the best hosting price, while maintaining the maximum reliability of our servers, we do all support over email. This allows our network operation technicians to monitor the servers uninterrupted, while answering your support requests during quiet periods.

If your email support request requires advanced technical knowledge, it is passed directly to our technicians and will be answered within a few hours. Less complex requests are answered even faster.

Because we focus on having everything working correctly and available, most clients only require occasional support requests.

In the rare case where we need to resolve any problem over the phone we are happy to call you, but only after attempting to fix your problem over email first.
