Renewing Hosting Packages

It depends on the method used to purchase your web hosting account as to whether or not you are renewed automatically. Credit cards are set to automatically renew, while other forms of payment are manually renewed.

If you purchase a web hosting account with your credit card it ensures that we attempt to renew your account with the same credit card information as you originally registered with.

It also mean that you will need to contact us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal processing if you do not wish to renew.

Other manual payment methods such as direct deposits, cheques, and money orders, will mean we will send your reminder emails when you approach your renewal period. You can then let us know you are choosing to renew and will be sending the funds. If you do not wish to renew your hosting for any reason, you may simply ignore the emails and let your account lapse.
