Reseller Client cPanels

Every account you create on your reseller plan has its own control panel for your convenience. Users are free to use features in this control panel such as creating email addresses and seeing their statistics, without having to contact you.

For our Linux reseller plans that use the cPanel control panel, the control panel for your client accounts is located at their domain name under the cPanel directory. Eg. www.myclientdomain.com/cpanel/.

You can also access client cPanels using the server IP address. For example if your server was our 72.36.215.162 server, you could access control panels using the address https://72.36.215.162/cpanel/.

For our Windows reseller plans that use the Plesk control panel, the control panel for your client accounts is located at their domain name on port 8443. Eg. www.myclientdomain.com:8433.

You can also access client cPanels using the server IP address. For example if your server was our 72.36.215.162 server, you could access control panels using the address https://72.36.215.162:8443/.
